Free Neosporin Eczema Trial Pack after Rebate - Starts Tomorrow 1/6/13

mine was rejected for 'incorrect UPC'.

i bought mine from CVS and the UPC was 3-12547-94748-0. I've seen other complaints of this same thing from people who purchased from Target.

wth? is there more that one upc for this product?

i emailed j&j but have no idea if or when this may be resolved.

I purchased mine from CVS and received the rebate without any problems. I don't know what the UPC number was, but I'm glad you're following up with them. I hate it when I go out of my way to buy a product and then never receive the promised rebate. Good luck.

I have not heard anything from my rebate with my purchase at Target.

got a quick response from customer service a day after i emailed and they asked for my address and rebate amount. the check is 'in the mail' now!

i'm glad customer service was on the ball for this at least... but they should still fix their rebate processing center for all the other incorrect rebates!

I just received the whole rebate submission returned to me yesterday saying incorrect UPC too. I purchase it at Target (same UPC 312547947480).

What e-mail? There is no customer service contact on the form.
How did you contact them?
Did you send them a message through neosporin's website? I am going to give it a try.


Update: Got a response within 2 business day. CSR offer to send me the rebate check directly as oboelynn said.

Update:Received a $13.99 check. The CSR asked me how much is the rebate amount. I told them the rebate is up to $13.99 while I paid $10.49 before tax (and 2 coupons). LOL.
