20% off with coupon code L20BIGWIN
(One time use per account)

I like shopping on Bodybuilding.com and it is nice when you can find a decent discount to offset the shipping on smaller orders.

I love these guys asking "Do you even lift" LoL!!

I wonder if they'd ask a sports nutritionist the same thing, after said nutritionist expressed an opinion based on fact... Or maybe a doctor... Or maybe just someone who has personal experience or who has read lots of studies and scientific literature on the subject...

Like "lifting" somehow qualifies the response/comment. Like it adds any kind of weight to what someone is saying?

I'm sure there are plenty of people who "lift" with moron opinions, and plenty of people who "lift" with well formed opinions based on first-hand experience and facts.

Keep it up PL0X!! It's amusing!! LMAO LMAO

I DOOOOO!!

I thought it sounded familiar...

I f*cking love Memes (I frequent knowyourmeme.com often :-) )

Although, given the nature/context of the thread, it could easily not be a humorous post...

Yes it does add a bit of credibility. I'm gonna listen to Dorian Yates on how to work out. Not some article by a fat scientist. Bro science > real science.

Also another thing on credibility, a man who says lol as "LoL" and says "PL0X" cannot and should not be trusted or listened to

Exactly, better to take advice from a strong, fit person than from some fat blob or skinny geek. The gigantic guys are all on steroids though, so that takes away from their credibility at least a little. A teaspoon of creatine on workout days helps me reach new record strength levels every month. Combined with some protein, good habits and a sensible diet, it can really help you reach your muscle gaining goals. nod
