Almost to the point where I've considered getting one - almost. I just can't justify spending the money right now though.

I will have to concur. I've had a Nexus 7 since launch without a single issue and my nephew and niece played with it almost literally all the time until I bought them Nabis for Christmas. It's been dropped and sat on soooo many times. Just need a good case.

I just actually bought another for my mother from Beach Camera a few weeks ago when they were $217 shipped. Even if cheaper tablets are coming out later this year I doubt they will be as up to spec.

Ordered a Nexus 10 last night at staples.com for $533 with tax, 32GB model. 2560x1600 resolution is insane but this is a helluva deal and im considering cancelling now.

I mostly need a tablet to read textbooks in kindle and pdf. Anyone tried this on a 7" tablet? I know regular books and novels look great on a 7" display but I felt textbooks were cramped even on the 9" B&N nook hd+. Hoping 10" is better. Thoughts, anyone?

I'm sorry, but do you really need the rear facing camera? I'd be more concerned if it didn't have front facing camera for Skyping.
