The first link is for the cheapest model, which turns out to be the best deal IMO. The lowest I've found it on this forum is $64. The reviews are excellent, and I had been waiting for the price to come down, so I jumped on this one. The Hf3470 is out of stock, but you can still place the order and it will ship at the $20 off price when back in stock.

The $20 off is achieve by clipping the coupon, which should be listed on the product page.

I dunno, I think this would just make me increasingly angrier as the room got brighter. So rather than bring unhappy for a minute and moving past it, not to mention happily sleeping 29 minutes prior to that, I'll be unhappy for a full 30 minutes

I dunno...I would prefer waking up to the sunrise...I feel a little less "OH MY GOD WAKE UP TIME" during the summer when sunrise is about when I have to wake up for work. Shrug, we'll see if I like it or not...

I ordered it to try it. if it doesn't work... i'll ask amazon if i can return or sell it on CL or something.

it seems like with things like this...they work for some people and those swear by the products while for the people it doesn't work for, it is deemed as junk.

I have a friend who raves about hers. I will give it a try. Too dark in the mornings. Thanks, OP. Repped.

Well said. This did not work for me but it may very well work for others. I envy those people.

I've had one of these (Hf3470 model) for a year and I love it. I am the type of person who HATES mornings and I used to have a hard time waking up to a normal alarm clock (I'd sleep through it). Somehow this actually wakes me up and I feel much less groggy.

I got mine for free through SheSpeaks but I just bought another one for my father-in-law. He's 65% deaf and he wakes up throughout the night worried that he missed his alarm so this is perfect for him because as long as the light isn't on, he knows it isn't time to get up yet.

I have the first one on the list and I like it a lot for the winter when it's pitch-black in the morning. The only downside: it will "forget" the selected wake-up sound setting after a power-outage. Small price for getting a sunrise at 6am in winter.

I * think * I'm a morning person... when I get enough sleep. But waking up at 530 without at least 6 hours of sleep and I'm pretty pissy. Unfortunately it happens enough where I'm willing to give this a shot. If it helps at all then it's $ well worth it imo.
