This isn't really that good of a deal.

I just got this mouse at Staples for $15 - 15% discount = $13.

Also, it was just $18 on Amazon yesterday. And it was previously $18 at Best Buy before the new year.

In other words, it's gone UP in price.

Yea, it's your surface. The problem with the low end logitech mouse is their cheap laser sensors. This one is no different. The MX performance for example works on any surface, even glass. So you do get what you pay for

This is a great mouse, I have had one for a couple years. It fits very nicely in my hand, and has never let me down. I am in for 2. Thank you.

P.S. I could only order blue from best buy. The black ones were sold out. When I went to finalize it was removed from my cart.

e: Oops, was thinking about another Logitech mouse and not the one in the OP.

I have one of these from a wireless keyboard/mouse combo and it is a good size and has performed very well. I have had a problem with the 'back' button recently where it has taken 2 presses to get it to go back though.

I'll probably contact Logitech support and let them know. They've been great in the past. 2 1/2 years into the 3 year warranty on my previous keyboard/mouse combo it gave up the ghost. Within 2 days I had a new combo that was a step up from the previous combo since it was no longer available.
