[Microcenter] MSI H61M-E33/W8 LGA 1155 H61 mATX Intel Motherboard $15 AR, AC + TAX In Store Only
I was just at Microcenter and I got a
MSI H61M-E33/W8 LGA 1155 H61 mATX Intel Motherboard
For just $15 after rebate and coupon.
This is the motherboard

It's $50 on their site ($10 instant savings, sticker in store shows $60)
You then use the $25 off coupon from this thread
Just use the one that OP attached, it worked for me
At the checkout they will give you a $10 mail in rebate which isn't advertised anywhere else and was a nice surprise for me.
Pair this with a $35 Celeron G550 at Microcenter and you've got a start of a great HTPC. You could even run through the checkout a second time with another printout of the coupon and get the processor for $10.
