I already have SR3, but just the vanilla version. I hope they offer some sort of upgrade pack as I am not sure I will want to re-purchase the core game (considering that I haven't even installed it yet either ).

This is not a particularly good price for Alice: Madness Returns, though. It's been frequently going on sale for $5 or less in recent months. All the bonus weapons and dresses from the "Complete Collection" version are included in the standard version as well, and can be unlocked simply by editing a line from FALSE to TRUE in the settings file.

The only real extra this version gets that can't be unlocked in the standard version is the original American McGee’s Alice from 2000. It's not a bad extra, but adds an extra $7+ to the game's cost without a coupon.

Agreed, but I got the worst deal possible on this game when I bought it:

I got my copy retail at Gamestop just to find out that that damn store is the ONLY retailer around me that doesn't include all the physical retail goodies but still charges the exact same price. I basically got exactly what someone who purchased the game used for a console got but with a new pricetag.

I hate that damn company --never have a good shopping experience with them.

I don't think they're going to offer any sort of "upgrade" package. The closest you can get is the Season Pass DLC, which includes the three mission packs and one costume dlc pack. The cheapest I've seen the season pass is $5. You could either wait for it to drop down to $5 again (normally $20), or you could grab the SR3:TFP for 7.50 when it drops and get the 3 mission packs, plus all other DLC except for the game breaking Unlockable and Bloodsucker packs (which you don't want anyway).

I had vanilla Saints Row 3 from the Humble Bundle, and grabbed TFP for 2.50 on Christmas and have been enjoying it a lot so far. 7.50 seems reasonable to me, but maybe if you hold out it will eventually drop more.

I'm glad Amazon is running the Darksiders Franchise deal again, I almost got that last time (got TFP instead), and didn't want to get it off Steam so that I could give the original Darksiders key to a buddy. For 8 bucks I'm in, I don't see it dropping below that with all DLC for awhile. I knew I'd find a use for a few EC coupons!

They reversed-refunded my keys, and a bunch of other people's on those Bethesda packs. Sucks, because I was left like 0.79 poorer from BoA's international charge fee. I didn't activate my copy, and I would hate to see how messy it would have been had I activated my copies, probably Steam killing the keys completely and leaving me out the $27.82 or whatever it was.

Sucks for you. Just got an email from GamersGate saying they are going to honor the price mistake.

Yeah, got an email today saying they would honor the price mistake on the Bethesda and Borderlands 2 four pack. If you look up the original post under deal talk I have the the email quoted. I would link it, but I'm on my HP Touchpad so copy and pasting is not easy to do.
