When I talked to them last the refund can take 7-10 days AFTER they approve it in the system. Meaning that just because you got an e-mail saying it was refunded or there is one coming doesnt mean that it has been approved. The approval is 2 or 3 days from what the rep said. I'm not really happy about this whole thing. If it really was a manufacturer, should there be a post on their webpage?

I just got my paypal refund, but still no "free" gift

Account was credited today. At least I was able to get my money back.

Account refunded this evening. Finally! No gift here but a little frustrated my money was held hostage for almost a month.

I received one of my luggage sets, but the other color was "recalled". I did receive my refund, and I received my free gift earlier this week. It was a digital luggage scale.

Just received a nice digital luggage scale....wasn't expecting anything, but I see others mentioned a free gift. That was nice of them.
