4GB (2x2GB) Crucial DDR2 PC6400 240 pin desktop RAM: $44.99 from Amazon
This old DDR2 PC2 6400 800Mhz 240 Pin RAM isn't cheap, so was going in to Amazon to grab two 2GB sticks of Komputerbay for $40 for my son's old desktop, which is probably the best everyday price, here:

Just for giggles, I searched around, and found this Crucial for only $5 more. Granted, when Fry's has a sale, you might find it in the $35-38 range, but if you need it right now, this is a decent price (and granted, it's CL6):
