Deal Details

Paul's TV has the entire Mitsubishi Diamond Series at the cheapest they've ever been to my knowledge. These are the 842 series, the highest end non-laser DLP series Rear Projection Televisions that Mitsubishi manufactures - this year's models. These are cheaper than Black Friday / Cyber Monday! Excellent bundles are available as well!

All TVs come with FREE White Glove Delivery - They will bring in your product, unpackage and set your TV where you want it, plug it in, power it on and allow for you to examine everything to ensure everything is functional and unharmed.

The Innovex stands are glass panel shelves with metal frame - they fit the TVs seamlessly and look very nice with them (I have the WD-73842 with the Innovex Black 65). They are simple to assemble and offer a simple, yet classy / progressive look with a good amount of storage).

BEFORE ANYONE DISSES THIS DEAL:

Yes, these are DLP Rear Projection Televisions. They are, however, the highest end non-laser DLP offered by Mitsubishi, being fully ISFccc compliant (complete set of calibration settings), having better black levels (not listed, but I dare you to compare to the 742 series or below), built in FULL HD 3D glasses emitter (and DLP Link), 16 speaker surround sound bar, etc... As stated above, I currently have the WD-73842, and I have several friends with decent sized LED LCD Televisions envious of the picture quality AND size of this television (I currently use pretty much fresh out of the box settings, just tweaked tint so far). Viewing angle is non-issue for us - we can comfortably see the image from as much as 70 degrees off axis in each direction (maybe more, but we don't really have reason to test that).

Yes - Mitsubishi is leaving the consumer television market, however replacement parts will still be available through them and through authorized resellers (aftermarket replacement parts are available as well).

Yes - you have to replace the lamp every few years... It's $99 new for a OEM product that brings the picture back to "like new" when replaced. I've seen aftermarket lamps for $49... I'd prefer OEM personally, however the options do exist.

Anyhow, on to the info!!

All of these come with $250 in gift cards broken down as follows:

$50 - Royal Crown Watches
$25 - The Sunglass Store
$25 - Zunki
$25 - Pro Football Fan Gear
$25 - Pots & Pans Plus
$25 - Rock Canyon Leather
$25 - iGadget Mall
$50 - Studio 21 Jewelers

I, personally, found most of these to be pretty 'meh', however YMMV.

Vizio made a 70" plasma? I'm not too familiar with any 70" plasma manufacturers.

classic.... no such thing as a 70 inch plasma.

Ouch, you know that lie is going to leave a mark!

Perhaps the power cord on the plasma 70 inch tv's were too expensive to make or people couldn't cleanly route the 00 gauge power cord to a power outlet from their wall mount?

laugh out loud

The 92" wont show up now at Pauls TV but if I use the OP links I can still find it. That seems strange to me but I guess its because maybe sold out or almost sold out.

I just recently purchased the 73 inch bundle. It came Monday and I must say the TV is excellent. The picture is gorgeous and the size is amazing. I know some don't like DLP but all I know is the picture looks great. I love the TV so far and I bought an extended warranty with square trade so If there are any problems I am covered for awhile. Great TV and great price.....nod

My WD82842 was delivered yesterday, I must say it's an amazing TV. The screen alone is light years better than the screen on my 07 WD65833, the detail and the brightness from side angles is much better (not that that's something I care about, it's just nice to see).
Delivery was very professional as well, I don't know who Paul's uses elsewhere but it's HomeDirect here in NY. They unboxed the TV, mostly just to get it up the 2 flights of stairs with a 90° in the middle, put it in place and plugged it in to ensure everything was working. Very nice guys.

Thanks again for posting, so happy I was able to get an 82 before they're all gone. Love the picture and the size is amazing. I'm actually sitting way closer than I should be, about 7.5ft, but the picture (with a quality feed obviously) looks amazing... Picked up a 5 year Squaretrade warranty for 170$ as well with a 30% coupon I had, too bad they don't cover bulbs... But oh well, the piece of mind is enough I suppose.

Now to be all kinds of stupid and wedge the 65'' into the bedroom and remove the 42'' plasma I have in there now on the wall. Haha...

Pretty Sweet deal! Any one else getting ridiculous shipment times? I ordered on the 17th, with an expected delivery date of the 28. The earliest I can get the tv delivered is Feb 5th per HomeDirect. I live 5 hours away from where the TV shipped :-p. Maybe I'm just impatient?

Mine took at least five days, people who delivered it told me they only come out to my area on Mondays. I guess when you get free shipping you have to deal with this kind of thing. Your not being impatient, I would want my TV as soon as I could get it. It will be well worth the wait though, that TV picture is outstanding. I love it especially for the price, nod

If you live in a smaller town that could happen. Smaller towns only get delivery once a week. Say your TV comes in on Fri. and your town is on a Fri. delivery run it will sit in the warehouse for a week untill the next Fri.

Looks like stock is drying up at Pauls TV. The 92" is gone and only the 82" and 73" are left. No gift card bundle also. Your time is running out if you are on the fench.

Glad I jumped on the 92" when I did and the CCS has been great. I was worried about glare in the daytime but its not a problem at all. No washout at all in the daytime and I have mine set to natural with just the default settings.

Pauls TV has a $200 rebate offer now on the 82" and 73" and the 92" is sold out. Need to call later today and see what the details are on this. I can't find any details on it other than it being listed with the deal. This now becomes a very hot deal with that rebate!

Yup, it looks like they raised the prices $100 and threw in the $200 mail in rebate. So the deal is now $100 better, not too shabby.

I purchased a Bluray player from Paul's on Cyber Monday which had a Paul's mail in rebate. It took around 6 weeks to receive (which isn't terrible considering it was the holiday season).

Just of note, I did need to submit the ORIGINAL UPC... I'm not sure if you would have to for this, or how it would effect a return within 30 days, but it may be worth checking into.

My TV finally arrived! looks great! But of course, after losing the tv and waiting three weeks to deliver (shipped from the same state) they lost the stand. Now no one can help me, and each company points to another. The packaging looked repackaged, and my glasses/gift cards had someone else name on them. Paul's TV can have some good deals, but I can't recommend them when they use home direct.

Nicely laid out deal. I'm just sorry I found this late. I knew/dreamed there would be a sale on these before they were gone--I was just planning on having more money when it hit.

Only the 82" left and price just went up. No extras like the $250 gift card pack or the $200 rebate offer. Last chance on this great TV. I have had mine for a month now and its been great. XBOX 360 and PS3 gaming on a 92" TV, AWESOME!
