I got the same Cuisinart hand blender with attachments at my local Costco in VA and bought extras as gifts! I have been keeping an eye out for this and have never seen it below $35. At $20 (plus ease of mind with Costco's return policy), it is a win-win! Works great so far in making fruit smoothies and had no problems blending ice. In my opinion, this blender is better than the Magic Bullet type blenders (food kept on getting stuck on the sides of the bullet, and I kept on having to stop and scrape it down). No problems with this blender and no mess with the protective housing unit. I have no kitchen counter space and this easily replaces a mixing bowl and food processor for mixing / chopping small items during week-night food preparation. I believe the $10 instant rebate is good for a couple more weeks (expires towards the end of January?), so get it while you can!
