Some Got Grade 4, Some got grade 5 (little sign of wear)

Terrible reviews on Amazon [amazon.com]. "Won't connect to Netflix" seems a common complaint.

Actually the Netflix issue has been fixed for several months with a Firmware update (I'm using a 5 year old Samsung LCD to watch). I have one of these since Thanksgiving. The downside is the Smart-Apps section is pretty slow navigating.

I added the large print to warn those who, like me, may not be familiar with the way cowboom works. I assumed (wrong of couse) that these were just simply refurbs. I had it sent as a gift, and I was horrified when the receipt stated "Significant scratches or scuffs". I wish I could cancel!!

! To above person: You can return back to CB within 30 days, and I belive they will even refund shipping. I have bought from them many times and have never had any issues. Although , to be fair, I usually select just the grade 7 or above. Finally, in regards to gift giving: I would never give a used, refurbished or pre owned item as a gift. (Unless you know the person and is an immediatly close family member...even then I probably would not do it). But thats just me !
