Best no closing-cost refinance companies / rates?
I'm currently about to refinance my existing 30 year fixed mortgage to 3.5% using Cash Call http://www.cashcallmortgage.com/Home.aspx
I've used them before and had a a really good experience, but I'm always on the look out for a better deal if there is one. I've had a lot of trouble when searching online for other companies that list their rates right on their web-site. All I come up with are sites that ask me to put in all my info (name, address, balance, email address, phone number) and then they'll give me a quote while Cash Call lists the actual rate on their web-site. Maybe I'm not looking hard enough.
I am also well aware that I am really paying these closing costs somewhere in the loan since nothing is "free", but I am always hopefully optimistic that I will be able to refinance for an even lower rate again in the future. Eventually I'll switch from a 30 year to a 15 year or 10 year.
