I am constantly on the search for some 5'-6' cables with a smaller micro end. I have many devices that charge by micro usb, and these fat plugs can be a problem on some devices. I ordered a few Samsung cables (nice skinny plastic around micro end) from Amazon a while back. The seller description was ambiguous, but many reviews stated getting longer cables. Nope, ended up with a bunch of 3 footers. Anyone have a good suggestion?

I'm on the same search. I bought the meritline cables about a month ago because they seemed a bit slim, but they're not as slim as the Samsung cables and their connection seems out of spec. I also ordered these [eachgame.com] because they seem slim, but I still haven't received them after 35 days.

So far the best third party micro USB cables for tight spaces I've found are the right angled StarTech ones [amazon.com], but these are a bit expensive and angled isn't always good (their straight versions are fat).

man I hate the coupons that can only be used so many times...even if it's 500 times, that's just like 5 minutes on slickdeals...
