Have great experience with cheap Samsung 8GB ones, works on very picky devices. Also once bought some fake Sandisk card from ebay, it does not work on my wiki-reader but works on nook. I protested and seller send me another fake one for free

i bought a bunch of these last summer at this same price from ben's outlet. they all checked out on h2testw. they have to have a f*ckton of these because that "% remaining" bar never really moved much back then either.
i've ordered a few other items from the site too and never had a problem, all items seemed pretty legit. they came in 1SAD envelopes, and both sites always had the same stuff for sale, so I'd guess they're one and the same. |

I bought a 8GB samsung microSD card for my samsung GSIII cell phone. This card was extremely slow when I open the file manager. The problem was gone after I switched to a Sandisk 32GB card. So ridiculous this card cannot work properly on the phone with the same brand.

Agreed. Just picked a couple of the class 4 8GB cards for my $90 Nook Tablets. Only $5 each ($2 more for class 10), and if I have a problem I can return them. In case you haven't noticed, things in Bens Outlet are often things from 1SaD, Woot, and DailySteals, about a week after the other site has them, for the other site's price but free shipping. But what do I know I'm probably retarted too. If you know what's in the box before you open it, you aren't buying as much stuff as you should be.

Woot is a division of Amazon. Amazon is the largest internet retailer in the world. (Ben's is a shifty side show, so is 1Saleday. The absence of real information on their "About Us" page just reinforces how sketchy they are. No address, no nothing.) Last edited by Larron; 01-11-2013 at 08:22 AM.. |

Ben's, 1sad, woot, and etc they are buying from some of the same distributors. Ben's seems to be a hegemon player that doesn't seem to care about customer service (bbb rating). Also, they don't do these daily steals, and whatnot. They just buy and sell in bulk; probably closeouts. If you're telling me that ben's outlet is basically woot's dumptruck, you're mistaken. You know who the real retards are? The better business bureau. I thought that complaining to them would help consumers, but apparently, bbb has less influence than something simple like a newegg review. If you get an F rating, and you're still in business, the person giving the F has no power. Last edited by BostonGirl; 01-13-2013 at 04:30 PM.. Reason: Automerged Doublepost |
