Warner Bros. DVD-2-BLU is Back (Discs Start at $4.95)

How does this work? Do you have to pay shipping or they give you a prepaid label?

A few of those have been on sale for the same price at other places without tradein.

Vudu has sort of the same thing for $5 - you can bring your dvds and they will add an HD UV movie to your account, but you get to keep your dvd after they stamp it.

List of movies hasn't changed since way-back-when. Not a good deal anymore with BR disc prices as cheap as they are now.

Not worth the trouble, these are all $5-$7 movies anyway...

So, basically all the old crap that sat in the bargain bin at Wal-Mart before being returned to WB?

HD stream != bluray.

While I can't argue the movies are first tier there is a significantly turnover in what's available now. The list of 100-110 that has been stagnant fro nearly 2 years is now 220 choices with at least 120 new items that weren't available before.

I thought the list was the same, but when I found lists of the old and new items I was a bit surprised at how many new choices. Again I can't argue about quality, but there area few items that are very nicely priced.

OTOH, the thread title is somewhat misleading in that this program isn't Back since it never stopped, but for the first time there are some new choices.

WB hasn't added too much in the last couple of years. Better off waiting for the next "trade and save" with Best Buy.

The only ones I want that I don't already have on bluray are bullit and magnolia, but ill probably wait until bb's next upgrade thing so I don't have to pay shipping
