Keys are laser engraved so you won't get that weird darkening/fading thing like the Razers and you can customize colors.
Plus, while those Macro keys seem like a good idea, in use, they're not a good idea. They throw everything off balance. The keys are slim as well and positioned weird, so I miss type a lot. Its been almost a year, and I still haven't gotten used to the keyboard. I would recommend against it.
I had issues getting my order to go through on the day of the sale. Tried multiple payment types, multiple computers, contacted support and was assured this would go through before end of day. No one contacted me. Danced around with Razor since then. Called them multiple times, was told over and over my order was in risk status. Escalated to supervisor the last two calls. Today, got them to send me my order and grant the sale price.
I was feeling pretty displeased with Razor, wasn't going to buy from them again with how I've been interacted with by customer service. After today I'm feeling much better.
Tips on their customer service. I was always polite, the reps were always polite. Many of them seemed to not fully grasp what was going on, their english seemed somewhat lacking. The supervisors seem to know what was going on and better english.
Recommendations: go for supervisor earlier.
