Make sure you check your credit card account, I was billed twice for some things even though I used the Groupon.

Mine shows 3 of my 5 hats shipped. They were all on back order except 1. Still says processing so hoping they are shipping the other 2 when they become available

i was just billed the full price, 85.03 after applying my groupon. everyone watch out. and sportsfreak365's customer service is non-existent. no phonecall, no email. nothing they reply to.

Heads up guys!
so i ordered 5 items through this. 3 of them had shipped, but I havent received anything in a while. I decided to check my order status. Looking at my order invoice, sportsfreak365 decided to take it upon themselves to cancel shipment of one of my hats. I dont know when they did this since they never emailed me about this nor did i receive a phone call pertaining to a change in my order. I was never offered a refund and was never given a chance to order a replacement item. |
