Having a hard time finding someone willing to sell me their upgrade.... Everyone I know renewes contract and get a free phone, what a waste.

I just talked to a At&t CSR for price adjustment. He told $127 upgrade is for refurbished phone.

I got in on the deal they had earlier for the 16GB version but wanted the 32GB version and Walmart wasn't selling that.

Just bought two 4GS at Walmart for $47 each. Total came to $101 for both after 8.25% tax here in California. iPhone 5 is still $127, but the sale ends today Jan 12th.

I'm not eligible for a New upgrade and won't be till June but I broke my phone and need a new one. Anyone know if these discounts would apply if I re-upped for another 2 years. I know I wouldn't get $127 but could I beat the $450 that AT&T wants?

Is there any way to check store stock other than calling? IME the electronics dept rarely picks up when the front desk forwards the call back there.
