You might want to fix your title. I read "PrePurchased" and was thinking WTF. PrePurchase = Pre-Order, Pre-Purchased = Second-hand, used OR already paid for.

Yes thats what i thought too, please correct the title as it seems confusing.

The "d" at the end says it all: the games HAVE BEEN purchased previously, his title is not "prepurchase", so not confusing, or go back to school...

Anybody know why the new Bioshock isn't applicable in the states? I know GMG is in the UK but what makes Bioshock so special?

stay away from that website. I ordered from them twice when they had good deals on Arma II and both times I was given bad CD keys. I am currently on my 5th day of waiting for my refunds.

I hate that you had such issues. I've ordered from GMG many, many times and never had a problem.

The title, since it is stated in past tense, means that we will be buying used games ("prepurchased"). However, the listing is for pre-orders. The title is incorrect.

I tried to give them a chance to redeem after the first bad key... they proceeded to argue that it must be user error on my side. After thoroughly proving that the issue was the key they provided, they credited me back the money and I purchased the game + expansion again. The key worked for the regular game but not the expansion, again we went back and fourth for about 3 days(i would usually get 1 response a day from them, even though I would respond minutes after they replied to my ticket). Finally they tested the keys they provided on their end and admitted fault, told me I would get a refund in 3-5 business days. I still don't see any indication that they have refunded my money.

Maybe this was a 1 off thing but it just left a bad taste in my mouth. I ended up buying it on steam and was playing 1 hour later.

Can anyone purchase anything from the site? I can't get past the cart. When i hit checkout it doesnt move at all on Chrome and on IE it says it can't load the webpage and tells me to submit a ticket.

Yeah I've bought many a steam key from them over the years and all transactions have worked out without a single problem.

In fact you may be the first person I've ever heard who has had a problem. Probably an isolated incident, but either way they should have taken the initiative to correct your problem well before 5 days. I'd be pissed too.
