Over 5 weeks now, and not a word on my order, but they sure do have a lot to say about other stuff in their frequent emails!
Do they really expect people to order from them after this level of service? I just don't get it, yeah, you got me on your email list, but no, I will never give you any of my money. |

I sent a short message to their customer service. They replied that I had to be a subscriber to their newsletter for 30 days. Immediately after, they sent me another message and realized that 5 weeks is well over 30 days and shipped my order the same day.
They're never going to get my money (and unsubscribing from their newsletter today). Always use your dummy e-mail accounts people. |

I actually emailed them just seeing what the status was and they saw it was over a month and I received a shipping confirmation in less than an hour. My guess is that they are trying to be slick and seeing if people catch on. I only want the suction thing for my nephew, he asks me for it every. single. day. If not I wouldn't have even remembered. |

I did the same, and got a shipment notice less than 2 hours later.
They should have shipped 30 days after I subscribed to their emails. How many more weeks were they going let pass before they shipped? Very shady, will never order from them and will remove myself from the mailing list. |

Received a pink one yesterday, unsubscribed right after that, don't need daily updates from any web sites, let alone this one.
I don't know how useful this suction mat actually is though, unless you have a glass or marble surface to set it on. The only thing it would work on in my car is the windshield... |

After contacting them last week, they finally sent it out. Got it today in a $0.46 USPS First Class envelope.
It's about 2 x 3 inches and green. Holds suction well on glass/mirror - but you may want to remove any cases/covers you have on your cellphone. Since it is free - the suction mat is literally crap. My phone wouldn't hold (in the same position) onto the surface for more than 5 seconds. It does stick to both the phone/surface - but it slid all the way down. |

I really couldn't care less about the mat at this point but it became a matter of holding a company to their word for me.
They finally agreed to send my order after I opened a ticket about a week ago. I never received any emails from them at all after my order confirmation and of course they claimed I unsubscribed. I pointed out that there was no way for me to do that if I don't receive a newsletter with a link and if their site is so crappy that there's not an option in my account settings. They decided to "trust" me since they apparently can't verify their assertion that I unsubscribed at some point. I think I'm going to add this site and it's associated sites to my avoid-like-the-plague list. Aside from their obviously underhanded, mail-in-rebate-esque methods of trying to avoid fulfilling as many of these orders as possible, I was also disturbed to have my password sent to me unsolicited, right there in plain text in an email, when I had to register to use the "Jammin Butter" support system. Strike two. Not giving them a chance for strike three. |
