Yes, it does work. My CC company declined the charge since they thought it was a fraudulent charge. So I used a different CC =)

Gah. After my purchase all I got was an order confirmation #, no keys on that page. A few hours later I got an email saying my order was cancelled. So I should try with a different CC?

Just to clarify, and I would hope OP would update, this was $40.42 including the VAT at current exchange rates. Still an awesome deal, but not $31.
