You are right, just had the ticket answered and it will be annually starting at $9.98 for .com/.net/.org and another dollar for a whois protection.

Quick question. Does anyone know if there is an automated site-moving process? I want to move a handful of sites from HostGator, but manually downloading each WordPress install via FTP and then doing setups on the new server and then writing over the files on the new server via FTP means a massive PITA and a few hours of transferring and downtime.

If there isn't an automated site migrator, is there a guide online somewhere to speed up the process? I haven't migrated hosts in a while.

They don't seem to offer the option for private domain name registration. Can anyone confirm this?

It shows me the discount in my cart, but then when I go to pay, they are trying to charge my Paypal the full price. I canceled out and now there is an invoice on the page for 4x what I was supposed to be paying Oh well. It was exciting while it lasted.
