Can someone confirm this deal for Houston?

WOW, bought a bunch at the two Targets near me. BOTH stores had the temporary price cut labels on them signifying the 3 dollar price. One lady at the second store stopped her cart right in front of them, and was squinting to see the price on the sign, slightly confused and dumbfounded. She moves her cart so I can move in--I grab 5 packs and she goes "are they REALLY only 3 dollars each?" to which I said "yes! stock up while you can!"

Whats the cheapest oral b brush? I only have sonicare but that sonicare brush is too big to reach other areas. Oral b maybe a good choice.for me.

I was just at the St. John, Indiana store...which I think would still be considered Chicagoland. They had a ton. They are clearly labelled $3 right on the sign and did come up correctly with no hassle. Use your Target Red card to save another 5%.
