Cheap tablet good for Internet usage

I need a tablet for Internet usage. Basically, as long as it's decent for going online, I don't care about anything else. I'm looking to spend less than $150 if possible and have tried searching for advice/suggestions on this topic but haven't found anything of real use. Can anyone here help?

You should be able to find a used Kindle Fire for around that much...or a Nook tablet, root it, and have a solid CM9 device for cheap.

If you're willing to spend $50 more, you can get the Nexus 16GB for 200. If not...then you can look on EBay or elsewhere for the Asus TF101. It's around your budget.

Seems nice enough to me. 1.2 cpu, 1gb memory, SD card, two cameras, hdmi out....
Not like using the rear camera on most tablets is worth a damn anyway, but it does at least have one.
Volume is a little low until adding an Equalizer app to turn up the levels, and the battery may be on the small side for some people.

If Google Play store is a concern, various cheaper tablets may not be able to use it (officially), at least without some minor hacking. Though other app stores do exist anyway for main apps people might use.

I've also had the 10" Zeki from Best Buy that's around $150 or so. Seemed nice enough too, but the Stealth has better cpu and two cameras instead of one.

I've read good things about the Visual Land tablets but never got around to trying one.

I agree with this. Even the Nook Color rooted is nice. You can even buy the rooted SD card on ebay for cheap if you don't know how to root. These are under $100

the Nexus for $200 is one of the best tablets for the money out, from what I understand.
