Got mine earlier today. I will be ordering the black and gray too. They aren't "tall" boots in the sense that they go to or almost to the knees. These are mid-calf. Very comfortable. But like others said, if you are able to, go to the store and try them on first. I usually wear 8 and ordered 8.5 and found these boots are actually snug so thick socks are a no. The opening of the boot is about 16 inches so it should accommodate those with wide calves.

 Just because it's on slickdeals doesn't mean it's a great deal, do your research and keep in mind slickdeals is a business and they do get paid for posting front page deals from their affiliates. |

Hey, all, here's an update...
These boots are super cute and really comfortable. For me, they fit true to size when I'm wearing regular socks. For those who want to wear thick, wooly socks, I'd recommend getting the boots 1/2 size larger. My local Target is selling these boots at full price, so I'd recommend ordering online. These boots are a BUY at the online clearance price!!! I'm just thrilled with the boots; hope you are as well! |

Not thread crapping, but sharing my opinion as I did buy the grey and brown pairs only to be disappointed by the quality of both. No I wasnt expecting too much for $12 boots but the 2 I received both had dried glue showing at the seams and even some dried glue on one of the grey boots. I will unfortunately have to return them to the store. :-(
