Step by Step Credit Repair programs

Hi; I'm a busy real estate professional who'd like a good program to refer to people with marginal credit who want to turn it around within a year so they can get a mortgage.

I know they could find what they need here (like I did) but the truth is that many of them need a structured, step by step program to follow. Even better if accountability tracking is possible, since I may be working closely with them.

Do you know any good, relatively low cost programs that you'd feel good about recommending? (I say it this way because I hear there's a lot of scams in this industry)
