Got mine today but there is a large dent in it. It works fine but the aesthetics are horrid. Any chance they will send me another unit? I have a call in to customer service.

Got my small black one today. Everything in order, looks brand new, and sounds very good. Linked effortlessly. Happy with the purchase.

If you go to mytalk.jawbone.com/jb2/ and download the software, you can plug your jambox in, click on the "edit" box for advanced settings, you can see a list of devices in one of the options. It just says Device 1, Device 2, etc.

Using the mytalk tool, you can also customize voices and there are certain settings you can only change through the website and the mytalk tool.

gotcha. beautiful. listening to big jambox at low volume is pretty good too. hope i get to rock this someplace outside during summer.

Another fun thing to try... turn the device on and while it isn't playing music, press and hold the round "talk" button and the plus and minus volume buttons at the same time. This will play a demo sample.

I've tried it with the standard theme and the 80s theme and they play different demo music

Scratches and dents on the top and sides.

Have plugged it in for 3 hours... the jambox won't turn on. I think it's dead. Sent an e-mail to customer service to start return process... Pressing the power button does nothing. no response or LED's ligthing up anywhere.

Mine came in on Friday with a large dent as well (in the lower left front corner), causing the plastic end cap to separate from the metal mesh cover. After hooking it up to my computer it was associated with the maximum 8 devices, so this unit was heavily used...maybe as a display unit.
Although it sounds good, mine was obviously dropped right on that corner, so I will be calling customer service as in my mind, this large dent goes beyond their refurbished product description [all4cellular.com] of "small scratches".
