How did MK802+ become bracelet ?

damn. paypal is just sitting tight here. no activing on my claim since last 10 days.. I filed claim after few day of getting "listing removed" email. then they contacted seller and sent me RA tracking number where the package has left china. I guess I gotta wait for my bracelet too.

My package arrived today. It is a small envelope roughly 5 inches x 5 inches. There is no way the android pc stick and remote is in the package. The package feels empty except for a small lump which feels like a small bead. It came registered mail and I did have to sign for it. I have already rec'd my refund from paypal, so I'm not going to open it right now. If paypal comes back and want's to reverse the refund, I will decide what to do with it at that point. I'm posting this for those who got tracking numbers and are waiting on their package to be delivered.

Me too. I called paypal more than 5 times and was told to wait until the package comes. No refund until I received the package.

When I could not e-mail the seller, E-bay talked me through the only processes open to me.. "I did not receive item" . Well they said it would be 7 days and I could then escalate . Well I just got a e-mail that the seller wanted to escalate and a decision would be forthcoming. I never got a tracking # , just marked it shipped.. I suppose he is gonna say it was shipped, but how in the world are they gonna rule against me in light of all the reported BS?

If it shows up and it is registered mail, wouldn't the smart thing to do is refuse it?

Did you get tracking info? did it come registered?

Yes I got tracking info, but was able to get a Paypal refund before the tracking # showed any info on a search. It came registered and I had to sign for it, told my friend at the post office the story (she is an ebayer also), and she insisted I open it there for all to see--we had a good laugh.

wonder if paypal already paid this guy
