Nothing from them yet since they replied that I have to ship it back with signature and once they sign for it then I get a refund. Then I told them I cannot because that's not even a legit address to send back to plus it would cost too much. This was 2+ weeks ago and nothing new yet.
Scratch that, I just checked my Paypal dispute and they updated with this:
Please provide some supporting documentation for this claim by Feb 21, 2013.

Not sure exactly what they want, so I guess I'll take a pic of the package and bracelet I still have, a screenshot of the auction, a screenshot of the ebay email I got stating they cancelled that auction (but after I had already purchased), and we'll see what happpens

I started a dispute process with Paypal about a month ago and it got escalated to a claim on the same day. But it was 'in process' until today. I got a note from post office that a registered package has arrived on yesterday. I called Paypal today and got the full refund before I get the 'package'. Not satisfied with Paypal because I had to call at the end. They could track the package (and I didn't get any update on tracking #). phew.. learnt not to trust Paypal.
Yes..it's somehow Paypal's fault you had to follow up on your own mistake
Well, first of all it's not entirely my mistake but for the argument's sake we'll say it's my mistake. However it's Paypal's responsibility (as their pledge to customers) to investigate and give me an update about the claim. For over a month, they did not give me an update about the status of my claim. I sent them couple of emails requesting to update the status of my claim. Even after that (I gave them a week to respond to my emails), I had to call. I really hate to call CS because there'll be long waiting times. If we have to call them to get something done, why the hell they have email option? That's the point of my above post.
