The RAM speed will make very little difference. Maybe going from the lowest-speed DDR3 to the highest would help, but generally as long as you have enough DDR3 ram to run what you want to run, it's not worth spending more money on faster ram.
It's not speed that I'm concerned with as much as cheap unstable chips.
