As for the PayPal sending, this is what a CSR said "The paypal is a special promotion for certain accounts, so if you have it on the account now it will be on the Discover IT."
Just for the Card design freaks...You get to keep the current Discover More card(if you have it already)until it expires.

They are going to phase out Discover More card gradually.

also, does it offer "Send Money" like Discover More. If there is no credit pull and this IT card offers the same "Send Money" feature, then I'm in. |

Just switched over, thanks OP! The 0.25% cashback until $3k was the main reason I didn't really use this card.
Some more details about switching: account number stays the same, they send a new card with a different design. You don't switch over to Discover IT until your next billing cycle, which is when they'll send the new card along with the new terms. |
