it's for early access to the demo, demo will still be free when released on XBL. don't get ur panties in a bunch.
it's just for people that want to feel special with playing the game early (probably a coop demo like they've been demoing around).

i agree it's stupid, but it's really no big deal... you don't have to like anything, hell you don't even have to try to get the demo.
personally, i tried the codes listed now. all used. said, meh this isn't worth it and i won't be even looking again Smilie

my point is no reason to get all upset cause you'll be able to play it soon enough.
