I got a full-size 6" memory foam mattress for quite a bit less than this from The O a couple of years ago for about $75, have prices really gone up that much?
I cut it down to fit the custom size in my camper and put it on top of a cheap futon that had also been cut down. Has been extremely comfortable.

Would a memory foam mattress topper be enough to renew/refresh an old sagging lumpy mattress?
My current mattress is way overdue to be replaced, its too soft, lumpy/springs are poking me.
Can I get a foam topper and thats enough?
I am in a similar predicament and I am just going to get a new bed. The problem is the supports throughout the mattress have worn so any topper you put on it will just have the same effect rapidly over time. I also do not prefer memory foam so I am just going to get a regular firm sealy posturepedic as the pillow/eurotops from what I have heard develop sagging issues faster. I would suggest shopping around locally and comparing deals at places. Two places I went to that had $88 each specials that I was hyped up for sucked because there was no support along the edges and I sunk in deeply (almost 1-2 inches from the boxspring). If you shop around locally you get to know what you like and can gauge stuff from there if you ever order online.
Novaform sleep innovations 8 inch twin mattress is 149$ at my local costco warehouse 08054.
My daughter is very happy with it. have used both 8 inches and 6 inches memory foam before and in my opinion the 2 inches make a huge difference
