Can anyone who,owns this tell me if this sammy has the auto motion plus feature??

Does this have built in wifi?

I picked one of these up from Sears for $1099 about a month ago and have been very happy with it overall; great set for bright rooms, consistent picture across the huge screen, tiny bezel, no buttons on it, and very lightweight and thin.

To those who would complain about the lack of HDMI inputs: what are you doing using an LED/LCD display of this quality without a decent A/V receiver?

Pretty good TV but it just doesn't perform satisfactorily in dark scenes. Blacks are good, but dark scenes that require shading and detail leave more to be desired. Other than that, I am enjoying the TV. Some people might be unhappy that they will be getting a Sharp panel (Type HS01), but from my research, everyone ordering the 60 inch will get it (even the more expensive smart tv models for the 60 incher).

I've been looking for a good deal on a 60 in. Too bad this is in store only and there are no Fry's near me whatsoever (Ohio).

No not clear motion... Auto motion plus is a feature that lets you adjust judder and blur of fast moving objects... Usually under display/advance settings

Anyone think best buy would price match this with the closest fry's being about 100 + miles and no inventory?

I have the Sharp (HS01) panel from Costco. I agree with your brief review.

Screen uniformity is actually quite excellent for an LED, but I find it pretty hard to hit a spot that gives me not only proper dark scene details, but details in bright scenes as well.

Other that that, and the viewing angle issue, it's a pretty nice picture from straight on. Looks very impressive due to its sheer size.

You can say you'd drive out that way, but they would probably say that that by the time you do a roundtrip, time used and gas, you are paying the same amount as from them.

Ugh, i purchased a 50 inch samsung plasma and i'm nearing the cut off date for returning it. i've been so undecided about this damn thing since i've gotten it always looking for a better deal/tv. i currently own the 51e530a set. looks great, but 200 bucks more for a 60 if it has the same or better picture might be worth it?
