Any Website for organizing & paying all bills with cash back/reward option

I don't get why a website would ever offer this. They usually only ever cash back if they get a referral fee. Utilities, rent, mortgage, etc. aren't usually in the providing a referral fee business for existing customers as they know you have no choice but to pay them.

Then why site such as https://www.manilla.com/ exists...if there is no benefit from service providers?

Because they want you to become a subscriber so they can start selling advertisements and get bought out by someone and live the high life. They're just a consolidator right? It doesn't really cost them anything (or atleast much) to display your info, however paying you 5% cash back on your utilities sure would!

Those shopping portals like ultimarerewards, urlhasbeenblocked, etc. get paid a fee by the merchant for directing you to their site and buying stuff. It's usually less than they pay you so they make $ that way. If the merchant gave them no referral fee why would they ever give you a %?

Don't get me wrong. If something like you're suggesting does exist I would absolutely love it! The problem would be that they have no real revenue stream to offset the cash back they pay you so I don't see how it can exist.

Theres not enough money for them to make to be profitable and do that.

I haven't heard of one that offers cash back for paying through them. As mentioned above, sites like manilla.com only make money (affiliate sales) if you subscribe for a service through them, which isn't enough to give cash back to everyone.

You can look into pageonce [pageonce.com]. No cashback on bills, but every month there are certain stores that are eligible for cashback. Last month I got $50 back for purchasing a laptop on Lenovo.com.
