booked Ritz-Carlton in Maui for $209 total a night. Crazy. Regular rate is $629 before tax. Repped OP for saving us tons of money.

I doubt there will be much for the area I am looking at, but I will be back home for Valentine's Day and had a hotel in mind to stay at with the wife, so I might as well check.
Looks like a good deal for people with travel plans in the future though. Then again, when is anything related to USAA NOT a good deal?

You can use the bonus points for a discount off cruise travel - their rates are very competitive - I booked a cruise through them last sept that was 600$ cheaper than anywhere else - and they added a free dining plan worth $130 for 2!

You use points on the class selection page of cruise books - points are only valid for cruises, not hotels/etc. If points can be used, they will be shown on the room selection for cruises - it will be 50-100$ off per room most likely - not available on all classes.
