I was just looking at the rebate form. The only hesitation I have with buying each color is the fact that the rebate state UP TO $10. All the previous rebates I have seen just said rebate amount $xx. However the Wording of UP TO $10 doesn't sound promising that you can get 1 of each color.

i wish they gave the check option like staples easy rebates or they were visa prepaid cards. amex = CS in India, got hung up on at least 3 times (b/c they insist i use the cards, asked for supervisor, dumbas$ hangs up on me) before i got someone to submit a check refund request AND would not give me a confirmation number, although i said i would wait. all that in more than an hour.

From the wording on the rebate form, looks like rebate is limited to one per person regardless of color, you have to pick one color out of all.

It will most likely be a Limit of 1 per color.

They wouldn't have all 4 colors on one rebate form and not allow you to claim one of each. The way their rebate claim system works is that they have to have a minimum of 1 claim per item for it to even show up on the form.

If they didn't give you a confirmation #, it most likely will not go through. I would call back in two days with a Prepaid Card # that you requested a refund on and ask if there is any pending refund request associated with that card.

Every time I wasn't able to get a confirmation #, I never received the check and waited 20 days for nothing.

Every time I've put in a request that I don't get a confirmation #, or they tell me they will "call me back in 24 hours with the confirmation #".... I never got my check.

The first time it happened, I was naive and it was my first time requesting a check from AMEX. The second time it happened, I literally gave the female Indian rep like 24 card #s and security codes, and was on hold for like an hour and a half. At the very end, she refused to give me a confirmation #, so I kept pressuring her to give me one. Finally, she did and it turns out it was a bogus # and there was no refund associated with it.

Pretty frustrating... to say the least.

I swear, they have the worst freakin' customer service on this side of the planet. When you call in asking where your check or card is... they just keep saying they are "sorry for the inconvenience."
