As far as I know, NO. Only the 700 can use the 201 keyboard.

Condition is scratch and dent so I wonder how bad it is. It's hard to tell without the picture. At least cowboom includes actual pictures sometimes.

Depends on what you're doing. For basic web-browsing and ebook reading this is a solid tablet. It's not something you'll want to watch a lot of online videos on (youtube, etc. tend to stutter and crash). It can run the most common android apps 10x better than crappy tablets from China, as well.
