Although it is nearly 2 years old, this is a solid well built tablet running ICS 4.01.

Still hoping for Jelly Bean, but regardless, at this price point for a 10" tablet is a great deal.

I would cancel the Pantech.

Hopefully the condition is good. I guess its buy at your own risk as far as physical conditions are concerned.

Maybe its your internet connection? It's a Tegra 2 chip inside this tablet. That should not be the problem. Single core tablets can play YouTube HD videos so don't let the comment fool you.

This tablet is too old. 1) It will not stream 720p mkvs without constantly lag; let alone 1080p. 2) Multitasking is not as sharp as newer tablets 3) The OS, even updated, is clunkier than the N10 by far.

If you want a real tablet, spend the money and get an N10. This is coming from a former TF101 owner. Going from a 101 to an N10 is like going from a pinto to a ferrari.

Tegra 2 is old and slow for basic android operation. This is just money down the drain. At $150 I would consider a prime with power supply.

if you want 8" over 10.1" go for Pantech. I feel that 10.1" is big for me. I have Pantech and satisfied...

Guys, sorry to rain on your parade but this is not a slick deal. I love my 101 but this price would only be lukewarm at this point for a brand new one. A lot has changed with tablets since this original Tegra 2 came out.

Great tablet. Not so great price. Refurb? No way.

This statement couldn't be any more wrong. I got this tablet about a year ago from Cowboom and I love it. I play games (angry birds and the like), read eBooks, browse the web, and yes, watch HD video on it. Sure its not as snappy as the Tegra 3, but you have to ask if its worth the extra $100. I have kids that play with this tablet as well, and its nice not having to be as concerned as I would be if it were a $250+ tab.

EDIT: That being said, other posters are right...this isn't a very slick price. You can grab this, or the equivalent Acer Iconia A200, for this price or cheaper all the time on other sites.

That all4cellular is a rip off.i have just received the refurb asus tf101 .It is not refurb!someone already put icecream sandwich os on it all baged around ,came in the original box b or c stock on it i dont remember,the rfurbed comes in a brown box.the screen got some issue ,seems like the backlight flashes really bad.call them tomorrow for rfund

Asus are the components in my Sony Vaio, It has been an absolute workhorse, have had the computer for three years now...no issues..period!
