Thanks, got a photon 4g of ebay for 101 shipped. It is activated and I am liking it very much. The phone is pretty smooth. My phone was originally activate on Feb 2012, so was like 1 year old only.
Unfortunately Motorola locked the boot loader with the 3.4.5 update, but I was not planning to change ROM etc.

The good thing is the Video recording got updated to 1080p with this update, plus the GSM radios are unlocked for all markets except US.

Now waiting for ATT to give me my ETF bill....
