This is a pretty good price for a 50 pounder. Its an Amazon warehouse deal - Used like new condition - I have ordered often and its usually dented boxes etc...

Just want to do a "Big Brother" post warning those of you who are not used to using Kettlebells not to exceed a comfortable weight for doing toning exercises such as the "Kettlebell Swing" mentioned in the 4-Hour Body. Exceeding a comfortable weight is a great way to seriously hurt your low back. (Source: having done it, having talked to the doctor, who says this is a very common cause of injury.)

Thanks for this! Been looking for kettlebell deals forever. I have an 80lb that I can only use for squats. I think I'll able to swing this one. Still too much for Turkish get ups though! Repped.
