This is a pretty good price for a 50 pounder. Its an Amazon warehouse deal - Used like new condition - I have ordered often and its usually dented boxes etc...

Kettlebells are really about technique (assuming you are going for swings above head) - Most of the power comes from how you open your hips during the hip drive. Has nothing to do with how much you curl - But if starting off 50 would be too much if you've never done it before

If its all about technique, whats the point of this?

How can they offer free shipping?? The thing would probably cost $20-$30 just for shipping cost at consumer rates... o.O

50 is way too heavy
Nah, I'm a 120 lb female and swing it with no problem. Not like I am doing TGU or snatches with it. A man should be able to swing it...

I JUST got a Dragon Door bell off of CL this size, so tempting despite that.

I feel like a wimp with my little blue 10 pounder.
This is a great price if you can lift it. I paid $30 for the 10 lb.

BTW, how many used Kettlebells can they have laying around?
Is it like when you go to 10 yard sales and see a thigh master at all 10 sales?
If it don't work- get rid of it?

I can't imagine how you could swing a 10lb bell with proper technique...you need some weight to get the proper momentum and hip drive.

Oh please.

I always do push up on ground or go to the kids playground to do the monkey bar exercise.

All of these free.

Thanks. Originally looking for a 40lbs but for the price, this will do.
You may be surprised, the jump from 40 to 50 pounds using a kettlebell is big, your choice of exercises will therefore be more limited.
