Anyone have insight on this card? Might buy it for my ~$100 AC Microcenter build around a G550...

HD6450 Passmark score: 298 This card is faster by 60%. I have the GT 610 in my HTPC right now and couldn't be happier. Even though it has a small fan it is very quiet and performs brilliantly. Image quality @ 1920x1080p is visibly better than on-board Intel graphics. At this price it's a steal. Got 1 as backup. |

I've built i5 3570 from the recent MC deal and don't have a dedicated graphics card. Could someone help me if this would be better than Intel HD 4000? Is this card good for casual gaming (I'm ok with lows fps)?

I hope this is better than the 512MB GT 240 I use in my HTPC. I figure for about $18 after all is said and done it's at least a good backup. Thanks!
