Samsung Galaxy Note II - New Customer- $99 Amazon Wireless for Sprint (Price match for ATT upgrade)

How's the service with Sprint? After nine years with T-mobile, I've decided to try something different. I was going to go with Verizon, but I don't know. Is there much difference between AT&T and Sprint? I would appreciate some opinions of those in the Austin area in regards to dropped calls and service quality.

Roll-out updates [s4gru.com] My 3G speeds were so bad I was at a point where I was going to pay the ETF to leave Sprint, but they have gotten much better here in Houston LTE wise, and they are only half done. I get pretty constant LTE coverage and I average around 3-5mb download speeds and 1mb upload speeds at around 105 dbm (really weak 4g signal). Rocking the EVO LTE doesn't help much in signal problems either but the S3 and note 2 don't suffer from that. 3G speeds are still bad, but they say all that will be upgraded soon.

I would go and try to get this price matched for an upgrade at a best buy, have the amazon page loaded on your phone and if they are careless they might not notice the "new line only" requirement.

I called 611 and the customer support rep price matched for $99.99 without any question. Ordered 2 phones ( upgrade). But there is still an activation fee of $36 for each phone. She said, she cannot waive this activation fee. Note, i hve been with att for 10 yrs. she mentioned that, she does price match, becos of the valued customer.

Good. Now after you receive your phone call AT&T after a week and tell that you are disappointed that you have been charged for activation fees inspire of the fact that you were their customer for 10 years. My friend has tried this trick and this worked like champ. Have fun!

How is anything even a deal when it comes with a 2 year contract. This is a joke. No contract is taking over... America will now catch up with the rest of the world. Anyone buying this deal... i'll sell you a 1 carat diamond for free as long as you agree to pay me to polish it for 2 years. for the low cost of 1k a month. Any takers?

AT&T and VZ coverage is second to none. I'd love to go with straightl talk but I need solid data and voice coverage as I use my phone a lot.

Has anyone been able to do this as an "enterprise" customer. I wonder if that's hindering me
