these are for specialty bags only...when i bought my new food saver over xmas came with 6 boxes of expandable bags...will take me forever to use those. waiting for a special on the regular rolls

How many "portions" can a 8x20 roll save? Is this cheaper than using quart ziploc bags? (I recognize that it keeps it fresher, but we use the meat we buy relatively quickly). I am thinking about building a sous vide and will need a vacuum sealer if I do, but if it is cheaper than buying ziplocs, then all the better.

Nice, 4 rolls of 11"x16' for $21 using the Free Shipping code. Next closest to that price I've seen was Cabela's 11"x50' roll for $18.99, but it's been on backorder for a few months now (still waiting).

They have cheap prices but once they get your email address it's impossible to get off their mailing list. I used my main email address when I bought from them a long time ago. I didn't want their emails coming to that address so I unsubscribed from that one and subscribe using a different email. I then decided I no longer want to receive their emails at all. But no matter how many times I clicked to unsubscribe, and it said I was unsubscribed, I kept getting their emails at both email accounts. I still do and it's been a couple years. I finally gave up and resorted to marking it as spam. Just a warning.
