In 3rd World Countries, that does not work. Its like they have not evolved. They park wherever they want, they even park in middle of road. 2 lanes don't exist as the right lane will ALWAYS have some retard parked there with parking lights just so they don't have to walk. This is in almost every single block.

The only thing that works is slashing tires. Sometimes, not even that. I slashed tires on a Friday, and that same car parked there again Monday... I had to slash 2 tires and bend the fender (tried to lift the car to move it to the road, it was an old light VW Beatle and I deadlift 405 pounds easy so bent fender trying) for him to learn his lesson. Oh, can you believe he actually pressed the door bell and asked me if I could lend him a car jack so he could remove both his tires at once? Yeah right, park in my garage and ask for a favor... morons.
