Anyone know of a site to find out if a particular card is a good choice for your smartphone? I am trying to find a good 32 for my HTC One V but I can never get a straight answer on whether the card will work well for the phone. :/

http://www.amazon.com/review/RCRC...CX36FEFBRT It looks like the reviewer is saying that this card is better suited for cameras, but not so much for phones. He highly recommends the SanDisk Ultra 32 GB microSDHC Class 10 card (SDSDQUA-032G-U46A). I think that's the one I'm going to get. HTH! |

I've purchased the 16gb for 10 bucks about 3 months ago.... pretty solid, no problems whatsoever yet

Last I checked, PNY OEM'd for Polaroid.
Last I checked, PNY C10 MicroSD cards did not have good Random 4K write speeds... |

Why would it not work? I don't know if a HTC One V supports class 10 speeds, but if not then I would imagine that it would still support it at the fastest speed possible for the device. Don't forget to +rep me if you find one of my posts useful, it's the only way I'll know if I'm being a troll or contributing something that has made an impact on someone's life.

Cards with lower class ratings actually performs better than this class 10 in smartphones because of the small file r/w. Dailysteals have a class 4 SanDisk for $18. That will be a better choice for a smartphone. Last edited by completing; 01-19-2013 at 06:05 PM.. |
