Not a bad early teen phone. Not an iphone but gets 3G. Using the $30mo monthly plan on it.

Had battery problem after 100 days. TMobile DOES NOT stand behond thier products in any way (90 day warranty is 90 days period) I purchsed a new battery (eBay $8) and it is fine now.

you should be able to return and repurchase. if your store has more stock, you can buy it before returning the one you already purchased.

So what. You're talking about under-50 for an Android phone. Some of us can't justify spending $300 on a phone, and still want to use Tweetcaster on the go or need to log into remote servers via SSH.

Bought mine when T-Mo had 'em for $100 with a $50 card, unlocked within 15-minutes of its arrival and use on both AT&T post-pay and T-Mo pre-pay; the thing was/is worth every penny, still in my pocket every day. Is it a high-end phone? No. Is it an awesome phone for $45 bucks? D*mned straight.

Exactly. If I can find one doing errands today, I will pick one up for my 8-year-old. She doesn't need anything fancier.

telefono. as a previous poster stated, these have been on clearance for a few weeks now. a look at ebay shows that these phones are being sold at Targets previous clearance price of about ~75$ meaning some of those people already got their hands on them at the 45 $ price.

If the warranty period is 90 days and your phone broke after 100 days, why in the world are you complaining that the company chooses to enforce clearly stated terms that YOU agreed to when you bought the phone?
