Um, no...a little research will show that it's pretty trivial to SIM-unlock the Dart (and many other Samsung Android phones) yourself, for nothing. Mine wasn't locked for more than 10-15-minutes after unboxing; rooted, unlocked, and working on AT&T in that time. Let's assume one searches the xda-developers forum,[xda-developers.com] for example. (Credit goes to JCreazy for gently walking me through the websearch a while back.)
But if you want to pay $2-5 for something you can do yourself in a few minutes, knock yourself out. I've heard some people are charging as much as $24.99 for this "service."
